Seller Terms & Policy
Guidelines for Sellers on JoyparaBD
1. Registration & Verification
To join as a seller, you must provide accurate information (Name, Address, NID). JoyparaBD reserves the right to verify your shop at any time.
2. Product Quality
Sellers must sell original and quality products. Selling fake, expired, or illegal items is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
3. Commission & Charges
JoyparaBD charges a commission of 5% to 10% on each sale. There is no registration fee. The detailed commission chart is available in the seller dashboard.
4. Payout Policy
Funds are transferred to the seller's account within 7 days of successful delivery. Payments are made via Bank or Mobile Banking.
5. Packaging Guidelines
It is the seller's responsibility to pack the product securely. Extra protection must be ensured for liquid or fragile items.
